Mr. Bunny is back!
Joe Ledbetter is proud to announce the return and release of his signature character Mr. Bunny, produced by The Loyal Subjects. Over the years, Mr. Bunny has evolved throughout Ledbetter’s paintings and illustrations. Now, the time has come for his re-imagining in vinyl form, updating and re-conceptualizing his first Mr. Bunny figure released back in 2005. This new figure has been carefully designed every step of the way. Ledbetter describes it best:
“The Chaos Bunnies and Mr. Bunny in particular has been much more than a project. I would describe it as a labor of love throughout its development of over the past 2 years. From the thoughtfully designed sculpt, more massive size and special jumbo blister packaging I hope it’s as loved by collectors with the same enthusiasm that went into making it. This is much bigger than any toy release for me, it’s a re-boot, a milestone and new beginning.”
Without further ado, The Loyal Subjects and Joe Ledbetter present Mr. Bunny, figure #2 in the new Chaos Bunnies vinyl figure set.

Mr. Bunny:
Mr. Bunny is curious, ambitious, and as carefree as any bunny could be. He follows his heart as well as his stomach, and is deeply in love with his best friend Pink Bunny. Born into privilege and grand expectations his quirkiness made him an outcast and a commoner. Agreeable, compassionate, and somewhat aloof he stumbles upon adventure wherever he goes. This oblivious and reluctant hero just might save the world one day (accidentally, of course).
Introducing the Chaos Bunnies
The Chaos Bunnies are a collection of characters and vinyl figures created and designed by Joe Ledbetter (aka J.Led). Under many iterations and names over the years, the Chaos Bunnies have been prevalent characters in J.Led’s paintings, prints, and toy designs since 2004. With as many variations of his signature bunny character as can be imagined, the possibilities are truly endless. Not only is this project a labor of love, but a carefully designed art piece, a celebration of collectables, and a love letter to favorite childhood action figures. These bunnies might be super cute, but don’t forget they’re still wild animals from a distant planet.
Wait… Who are the Chaos Bunnies??
Imagine a beautiful and distant green planet filled with bunnies. Bunnies being what they are, have multiplied quickly and over-population has become a serious global issue. In the distant past, all bunnies had yellow fur coats, however, recent pollution and chaos have caused bunny mutations with endless variation. While the few aristocrat bunnies living above the fray carry their ancestor’s yellow fur and control of the planet, the masses are left to their own devices and adaptations. As doomed as their world’s fate often seems there are countless tales of heroic deeds, love, escape, hope and redemption. And even the most unlikely of bunnies could possibly save the planet.
